Understand Your Roof Titan Service Agreement

Welcome to Roof Titan (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at rooftitan.com (the “Site”) and the roofing services we provide. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Roof Titan provides residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, and emergency roofing services throughout California. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Roof Titan are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials required, and unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. Written agreements will detail the final scope and cost before work begins.
3. Warranties
Roof Titan stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
4. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled inspections and services. Roof Titan will make commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled dates and times. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options where available.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roof Titan’s total liability for any claims arising from our services or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to such claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Roof Titan or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution
